Bar–be–que dip - A quick starter dip
A tangy, tongue tickling dip to go with chips or nachos.
Bar-Be-Que Dip
Ingredients for Bar –be – que dip
• 1 tsp vinegar.
• 1 tsp lemon juice.
• ½ cup water.
• 2 tsp sugar.
• ¼ cup butter.
• ½ tsp pepper.
• ½ tsp ketch up.
• 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce.
• ¼ tsp chilli flakes.
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp corn flour mixed with 1 tsp water.
• 1 tsp water.
Method for Bar –be – que dip
• Combine all the ingredients expect the corn flour paste in a deep microwave safe bowl and mix well.
• Micro for 4 min stirring once in between after 2 min.
• Add the corn flour paste , mix well and micro for 2 min and serve at room temperature.
