4Ibs Beetroot
1 Onion for Beetroot chutney Recipe
1 Cooking Apple
4 tsp Sugar
2tsp Ginger
Salt
1 tsp Vinegar
Method for Beetroot chutney Recipe
Cook Beetroot and dice into small pieces
Peel and dice onions
Peel and dice Apple
Put into large pan and add sugar, salt, ginger and vinegar.
Bring to the boil and simmer until ingredients are soft.
Fill jars and label.
