Ingredients for Butter Cake Recipe
1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour 1/2 tablespoon baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 3/4 cup butter, softened 1 ¼ cups sugar 2 eggs for butter cake ¾ cup milk 1 tsp vanilla extract
How to make Butter Cake
Put all ingredients into a big bowl and use an electric hand mixer to blend all ingredients until smooth. Grease and flour a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan and transfer the batter into the baking pan. Bake at 350° for 50 – 60 minutes or until golden brown and a cake tester inserted in the center comes out clean. Now butter cake is ready.
