Ingredients for Carrot Cake
600g carrots (grated)
150g dried grapes 
 4 eggs 
10ml vanilla extract 
500 g white sugar 
 350g flour (all-purpose)
 225ml vegetable oil 
 250g pineapple (crushed)
 8g baking soda
100g walnuts (chopped)

How to make Carrot Cake
 Pre-heat oven at 350F
2. In a bowl, mix carrots, raisins and brown sugar.
3. Grease and flour a pan.
4. In a bowl, beat eggs and slowly add normal sugar, pineapple, vanilla extract and vegetable oil.
5. Add the all-purpose flour, salt and baking soda. Add the carrot mix.
6. Put on the pan. Bake for 45 minutes or until ready
7. Add frosting, to taste.
