Ingredients for cashew paneer masala              cashew paneer masala pic

Tomato - 1
onion- 1
Paneer - 2oo gm
Cashews -20 pieces
Curry leaves 
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder (haldi)- 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Jeera (cumin seed)- 1 tsp  
• Salt and oil for cashew paneer masala
 
Method for cashew paneer masala

1)Grind tomato, onion, cashews, chilli powder and turmeric powder.
2) Marinate paneer pieces with chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt for 20 min. 
3) Heat oil. Once hot add a spoon of Jeera and curry leaves. When it splutters, add grinded masala, salt and little water.
4) Then, add paneer pieces and cover with a lid in slow flame till the oil separates.
 
Now cashew paneer masala is ready for serve.
