how to make Bengali tomato chutney 
Ingredients for Bengali tomato chutney
·        2 cups tomatoes, cut in large cubes.
·        ¼ tsp panch phoran seeds.
·        1 tsp raisins, soaked.
·        ½ tsp ginger, chillies, chopped.
·        1 tsp sugar
·        1 tsp oil or mustered oil.
Method for Bengali tomato chutney
·        Heat the oil a microwave safe bowl for 1 min.
·        Add the panch  paoran  seeds and micro for 1 min.
·        Add the tomatoes and salt and mix well. Cover and micro for 3 min.
·        Add the raisins, ginger, green chillies and sugar and micro for 10 min stirring twice in between after every 4 min.
·        Cool and store refrigerated in an air tight container.
