RICE PAKODA- taste bhi health bhi
Introduction of RICE PAKODA- rice pakoda is a very delicious, crispy, Indian hot brunch. Very easy to
cook. Served with pickles and chutney {sauce}.
RICE PAKODA
Ingredients for RICE PAKODA
1. 1 cup boiled rice/cooked.
2. 1 chopped onion.
3. 2 tsp ginger and green chilly paste.
4. 1 tsp red chilly powder.
5. ½ tsp turmeric powder
6. 2 tsp coriander .
7. ¼ tsp soda for RICE PAKODA
8. Oil for fry and salt {as per the taste}.
Method for RICE PAKODA
1. Mix Rice ,gram flour{besan},onion , all spices, ginger-chilly paste and coriander and mix
hot 1 tsp oil and ¼ tsp soda mix water & make thick paste.
2. Take a pan and pre heat for 2 min. In gas burner and add oil . wait for 2-3 mins.
3. In the heated oil drop the paste with the help of tsp .
4. Fry it till it becomes golden yellow.
5. Take it out from pan .
6. Served RICE PAKODA with chutney ,onion and chilly.
