How to make Cup Cake
• Peel tangerines and cut them into 1 inch or bite size pieces.
• Peel oranges and grape fruit and separate them into sections.
• Rinse strawberries, remove its leaves and quarter them.
• Combine tangerine pieces, sectioned oranges, sectioned grapefruit and quartered strawberries in a medium bowl.
• Add kiwis and blueberries to this fruit bowl and toss to combine well.
• From 2 limes shred peels, you should get approximately 1 tablespoon peels from 2 limes. Squeeze the juice from the peeled limes to get about ¼ cup juice.
• Stir in the peel and juice gently into the fruit bowl and mix well. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator to chill for at least 4 hours. Remove the bowl just before serving.
