Ingredients for healthy daliya
1. ½ cup daliya
2. ¼ cup upma
3. 1 chopped onion.
4. 2 cup mix veg[carrot, green peas, etc.]
5. 3-4 chopped green Chilli.
6. 1 tsp oil and salt for daliya
How to make healthy daliya
1. Take a pan and pour 1 tsp oil hot it for 1 min.
2. Pour rava and daliya and fry it when get it golden yellow.
3. Pour water and all veg.
4. Mix some salt and sugar.
5. Decorate with coriander.
now healthy daliya is ready for serve.
