Serves-2 Kadhai paneer
Ingredients for Kadhai paneer
• 1 cup paneer cut into thick strips.
• 1 large onion, finely  chopped 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 1 inch ginger grated.1 tsp coriander-cumin powder [dhaniya –jeera].
• A pinch turmeric powder.3/4 tsp red chilli powder. ½ tsp garam masala.1/2 tsp kasoori meth[dry fenugreek leaves].
• 4 tsp tomato puree.1/4 cup capsicum sliced.1 tsp fresh cream.2 tsp oil.
• For Kadhai paneer garnishing- chopped coriander
Method for Kadhai paneer
• Combine the oil, onion, garlic and ginger in a glass bowl and microwave on high for 2 minute.
• Add the coriander-cumin seed powder ,turmeric powder, chilli, powder, garam masala and kasuri methi and micro wave  on high for 1 min.
• Add the paneer ,cream, sugar, salt and ¼ cup water and mix lightly.
• Microwave on high for 1 min. Serve hot, garnished with the coriander.
