Ingredients for mango chunda
• 1 cup raw mangoes, grated .
• 1 tsp salt.
• ¼ tsp turmeric powder.
• 1 ½ tsp sugar.
• 1 tsp chilli powder.
• 1 tsp roasted cumin seeds ,crushed.
Method for mango chunda
• In a large safe bowl, combine the grated mangoes ,salt and turmeric powder and leave aside for 5 min.
• Add the sugar and 1 tsp water to the mango mixture and mix well keep aside for 5 min.
• micro for 3 min. Remove and allow it to cool completely. The cooled syrup should be a of a one string consis tency.
• Add the chilli powder and cumin.
mango chunda is ready for enjoy.
