Ingredients for Masala bhindi
• 2 cups  bhindi.
• ½ cup grated fresh coconut.
• 2 tsp chopped coriander. 
• 2 tsp coriander- cumin powder.
• 2 tsp sugar.
• 1 tsp chilli powder.
• A pinch hing.
• 1 tsp oil, salt to taste for Masala bhindi
Method for Masala bhindi
• Make long slits on the bhindi, keep aside.
• Mix all reaming ingredients very well and stuff in to the bhindi.
• Arrange the stuffed bhindi in a shallow glass dish and sprinkle 1 tsp of water over them, on high for about 4 to 5 min. Serve hot.
