Masala Peanuts

These are the low calorie version of the butter fried masala peanuts we often snack on.
 Ingredients for Masala Peanuts
• ½ cup salted peanuts. 
• ½ cup  Bengal gram flour [besan]
• 1 tsp chilli powder.
• 2 tsp fennel [saunf] powder.
• 1 ½ black salt
• 2-3 tsp water 1 tsp oil.
Method for Masala Peanuts
• Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl ensuring the batter coats the peanuts evenly.• On a greased microwave safe plate drop each coated peanut separately and micro  for 1 /1/2 min.
• Remove Masala peanuts and cool. Store in a air tight container.
