Ingredients for Palak pakodi kadhi
For the palak pakodis• 1 cup spinach leaves [palak] chopped , ¼ cup Bengal gram [ besan] , ½ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp cumin seeds, a pinch of soda, 1 tsp oil and salt to taste.
For the kadhi
• 1cup curd , 2 tsp besan, 1 tsp jeera, 2 green chillies slit, 5-6 curry leaves, ¼ cup onion sliced, a pinch hing, 2 cloves and garlic finely chopped, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp oil and salt to taste.
Method for Palak pakodi kadhi
For the palak pakodies
• Mix spinach leaves, gram flour, chilli powder, cumin seeds, soda, oil andsalt in a bowl and mix well using a little water to make soft dough.• Divide into the 12 equal portion and shape into even sized rounds, using wet hands.• Grease a microwave plate and place the pakodies in the plate and micro for 45 sec. Remove and keep aside.
For the kadhi
• Mix the curd and gram flour in the bowl and oil ,cumin seeds, green chilli, urry leaves and micro for 2 min.ss
