Ingredients for palak paneer (spinach cheese)
4 cups spinach[palak] chopped.
½ cup paneer, cut into 1 inch cubes , ½ cup onion chopped.1/2” piece ginger. 2 chopped green chilly.
¼ tsp turmeric powder, ½ garam masala , 2 tsp cream, 3 tsp oil, salt to taste.
Method for palak paneer (spinach cheese)
Place the chopped spinach on a microwave safe dish and microwave on for 2 min.
Blend in a liquidiser to a smooth puree and keep a side.
Combine the oil, chopped onion, ginger and green chilli in a microwave safe bowl and micro on high for 1 min.
Add spinach puree, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, cream and salt and mix well. microwave on high for 3 min.
Add paneer, mix well, and micro on high for 1 more min.
Serve palak paneer (spinach cheese) hot.
