- Paneer 1/2 cup
- Green chillies 2
- Coriander leaves 3 tsp
- Ginger 1-2 pieces
- Bread 3-4 pieces
- Salt to taste for paneer cutlet
- Oil (deep frying)
Method for paneer cutlet
- Make a paste of gram flour (besan) and water.
- Mix all the ingredients and cover with a lid for 5-6 min.
- Make small balls and mix with the gram flour (besan) paste and put into oil for deep frying.
- Remove once paneer cutlet turns to golden brown.
- Serve paneer cutlet hot with tomato ketchup.
