  • Paneer 1/2 cup
  • Green chillies 2
  • Coriander leaves 3 tsp
  • Ginger 1-2 pieces
  • Bread 3-4 pieces
  • Salt to taste for paneer cutlet
  • Oil (deep frying)

 
Method for paneer cutlet

  • Make a paste of gram flour (besan) and water.
  • Mix all the ingredients and cover with a lid for 5-6 min.
  • Make small balls and mix with the gram flour (besan) paste and put into oil for deep frying.
  • Remove once paneer cutlet turns to golden brown.
  • Serve paneer cutlet hot with tomato ketchup.
