Paneer Dal Bati
Ingredients for paneer Dal Bati (roasted dough balls)
• 4 Cups flour (mota ataa)
• 1 Cup rava and 1 cup grated paneer
• 1 tsp boiled tuvar dal red gram seeds
• 6 tsp Ghee
• 3 Cups boiled tuvar Dal (red gram)
• 4 Garlic flakes
• 2 Green chillies
• 1 tsp Red chilli powder
• 1 tsp Garam masala
• 1cup Tomato chopped
• 4 tsp Ghee
• 2 tsp Oil for paneer Dal Bati (roasted dough balls)
Method for paneer Dal Bati (roasted dough balls)
• Make dough of flour, Rava, salt and ghee.
• Prepare small balls and add grated paneer for stuffing Bati (dough ball) out of this dough.
• Roast these small balls till it turns brown.
• Add ghee on it
• Paneer Bati is ready.
• Heat the oil and add cumin seeds.
• Add green chillies, garlic, red chilli powder, Garam masala and tomatoes
• Stir it well.
• Add boiled tuvar Dal (red gram) and pour 4 cups of water.
• Allow it to boil for 10 minutes.
• Dal is ready.
• Serve paneer Dal Bati (roasted dough balls) with ghee.
