Ingredients for paneer fry

  • 1 cup paneer 
  • 1 tsp jeera (cumin seeds)
  • 2-3 Dry Red Chilli 
  • 1 tsp Urad dhal 
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • Curry Leaves a bunch
  • Small Onion(Shallots) 2-3
  • Oil for paneer fry as needed
  • Salt for paneer fry


Method for paneer fry

• Add oil to pressure cooker and add jeera, Urad dhal, dry red chilli and curry leaves, sauté for 1 min.
• Add onion and chilli powder sauté for 2 min.
• Add paneer, salt and 1/2 cup water (Paneer should be covered in water).
• Add close the lid and cook the paneer for 10 minutes.
• Fry the paneer dry. Paneer should be fresh.
• Now paneer fry is ready for serve
