Paneer kofta

Serve paneer kofta for- 4

Ingredients for paneer kofta                    paneer kofta 

·         200grams Cottage Cheese (paneer)
·         1/2tsp Red Chilli Powder
·         1/4tsp Garam Masala
·         2tsp flour
·         2 tsp butter for paneer kofta
·         2medium onions, chopped
·         1tsp minced ginger
·         2tsp minced garlic
·         1tsp chopped coriander
·         2 tsp ground coriander
·         ½ tsp ground turmeric
·         1/2tsp Garam masala
·         1/2cup tomato paste
·         3/4cup milk
·         Salt to taste paneer kofta
 
Method for paneer kofta

·          Boil potatoes and peel them.
·         Grate paneer and potatoes.
·          Add salt, red chilli powder, Garam masala, corn flour and mix well.
·          Make round balls of this mixture.
·          Now heat oil in a pan
·          Fry balls in the oil till brown in colour.
·          Grind onion and tomatoes together.
·          Chop coriander leaves very finely.
·          Heat oil in a pan for paneer kofta
·          Add cumin seed and bay leaf
·          Add onion, tomato paste and brown it, stirring continuously.
·          When it leaves oil add curd, cashew nut powder, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, and Garam masala.
·          Stir it continuously for a minute.
·         Then add 2 cup of water.
·          Put on the lid and simmer for 5 minutes.
