Ingredients for paneer lal
• 1/2 Paneer-Cut Into 4 Thick Slices
• spring Onions Chopped, For Garnish
• 1 Tsp Oil paneer lal
• soak together For An Hour
• 3-4 Whole Red Chillies
• 2 tsp Vinegar
• 2 tsp Roasted Gram
• 1 tsp Garlic-Chopped
• 100 gm Onions-Chopped
• 5 Cloves
• 4 Peppercorns
• 1/2 tsp Cinnamon(dal chinni )-Broken To Small Pieces
• 12” Blade(mace) Javitri for paneer lal
Method for paneer lal
• Grind all ingredients together except paneer and spring onions.
• Marinate the paneer pieces in the ground paste for an hour. Place a greased, saucer like plate upright in a dish or bowl.
• Arrange paneer slices along the edge. Cook uncovered at hi for 5 min.
• Turn, brush with oil and cook uncovered at high for 3 min.
• Lift paneer slices on to a serving dish and serve garnished paneer lal with the spring onions.
