Paneer Masala Papad
Ingredients for Paneer Masala Papad
- plain Papad
- 2 tomato finely chopped
- 2 onions finely chopped
- Finely chopped coriander leaves
- 2 tsp grated paneer
- Chat masala and salt to taste.
- Oil to fry for Paneer Masala Papad
Method for Paneer Masala Papad
- Fry the Papad and allow excess oil to drain on a tissue paper. Alternatively you can even roast it on the stove directly.
- Just before serving, spread chopped tomato, paneer, onion and coriander leaves. Sprinkle salt and chat masala.
- Serve Paneer Masala Papad immediately, else it will get soggy.
