About paneer Pudina tikka 

Paneer Pudina tikka is another quick and yet interesting dish that I tried on Sunday for dinner. Paneer Pudina tikka dish turned out nice and we enjoyed Paneer Pudina tikka over breakfast too.


Ingredients for Paneer Pudina Tikka-paneer mint tikka

• 400gm Paneer cut into 2 inch cubes.
Hung Curd - 1 tsp
• Salt as per taste
Mace - Green Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
• Finely chopped Ginger - 1/2 tsp
• Finely chopped Mint leaves - 2 tsp
• Green Chillies chopped - 1/2 tsp
• Coriander leaves finely chopped -1 tsp
Kasuri Methi (dried Fenugreek leaves) - 1/2 tsp
• Red Chilli Powder - 1/4 tsp
• Onion finely chopped - 1
Besan (Roasted Gram flour) - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
• Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
• Oil - 2 tsp for paneer Pudina tikka
• Butter – 1 ½  tsp
 
Method for paneer Pudina tikka
 
Leaving out the paneer mix all ingredients into a marinade. Coat the paneer with this marinade and let rest for 25 min. put the paneer into a skewer and bake in a pre-heated oven or tandoor until the paneer gets colour from all sides.
Remove and put in a serving dish. Sprinkle with Chat masala ( (dried mango powder), cumin,Kala Namak, coriander, dried ginger, salt, black pepper, asafoetida and capsicum.)And garnish with onion rings and lemon slice.
Now paneer Pudina tikka is ready for serve.
