Puneri aloo- veg potato recipe
Introduction of puneri aloo
This is a traditional potato preparation flavoured with curry leaves and peanuts and can be eaten on fasting day.

serves- 4
Ingredients for puneri aloo
• 3 cup potatoes, peeled and cubed.
• 2 tsp cumin seeds jeera.
• 5-6 curry leaves.
• 3 green chilli slit.
• 3 tsp roasted peanuts , crushed.
• A pinch sugar
• 1 tsp oil and salt to taste.
Method for puneri aloo
• In a microwave safe bowl combine the oil and cumin seeds curry leaves, green chilli and micro for 1 min.
• Add the potatoes ,2 tsp water and salt and micro for 4 min. Till the potatoes are soft.• Add the peanuts and sugar and mix well and micro for 1 min.
• Serve hot , garnished with thw coriander.
