Ingredients for Tadoori Aloo
• 1 cup baby potatoes.
• 1 tsp cream
• ¼ tsp kasuri methi.
• 1 tsp oil.
• Salt to taste
To be ground into a paste
• 4 kashmiri chillies. 
• 2 cloves garlic.
• ½ “ ginger .
• 2 tsp coriandercumin seed powder.
Method for Tandoori Aloo
• Wash the potatoes thoroughly, pierce them with a fork and place them all around the circumference of the micro wave turntable place a glass of water in the centre to prevent the potatoes from getting wrinkled.
• Micro for 5 to 6 min until potatoes are soft.
• Heat  the oil in the microwave safe bowl add the prepare paste and salt and mix well. micro for 1 min.
• Add the potatoes , cream and kasuri methi and micro for 2 min.
• Serve Tandoori Aloo.
