Introduction of Vegetable makhanwala 
 
Vegetables simmered in a  rich tomato gravy.

Ingredients for Vegetable makhanwala
 
• ½ cup French bean, cut into 1”, ½ cup carrot, cut into 1”, ½ cup green peas, ½ cup baby corn sliced, ½ cup cauliflower florets, ½ cup onion sliced, 3 cloves and garlic, 3 tomatoes sliced.
• ¼ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp cumin seeds,  1tsp garam masala, ½ tsp kasoori methi, t2 tsp sugar, 4tsp butter,salt to taste.
• For garnishing of Vegetable makhanwala  - 1 tsp chopped coriander.

Method for Vegetable makhanwala

 • Combine   garlic, ginger, onions, tomatoes, turmeric powder  in a micro wave safe bowl and micro for 4 min.
• Blend this mixture in a liquidiser to get a smooth puree. Keep aside.
• Put the 2 tsp of butter and the cumin seeds in the another microwave safe bowl and micro for 1 min.

• Add the French bean, carrots, green peas,  baby corn  and cauliflower , cover with a lid  and micro for 5 min.
• In  another micro wave safe bowl, add the reaming butter, cooked puree, veg, garam masala, cooked puree, cream, kasoori methi,  sugar and salt and mix well. Micro for 4 min.
